After This Couple Glares At His Son Inside Cracker Barrel, This Father Discovers Note On His Car About His Parenting

It has been a common thing to witness several heart-rending news each day. However, when we find a piece of a good deed in the news it always brights up the darkness. Every day I wish to witness stories of strangers paying it forward. The world would be a better place if we all spend time doing something good for another person without expecting anything in return.

One fine day Kevon Smith Sr. was eating at Cracker Barrel with his 3-month old son. He witnesses an older couple smiling and sharing at him. Kevon was having breakfast at the local Cracker Barrel in Willoughby, Ohio. He has no idea why the couples were watching him and his son, he started wondering what was going on.

But then, he found a note placed into the windshield of his car and after he read the note he realized why the couples have been watching him. The note read, “Today your meal is on me and my wife. Enjoy the baby boy as long as God intends. Continue doing what you are doing. The masons.” There was cash for the meal along with the note and he was strongly impressed. Kevon told Cleveland 19 news, he grew up without a father.

He said, “There are a lot of people who are not taking care of their own kids. To reveal not every one of us out here being gang bangers, some of us are out here being fathers.” Kevon is not only a perfect father, he is also a coach who teaches children more than just sports. He refused a paying coaching job and choose a volunteer coach for a football team in his community.

He always teaches them positivity and motivates them to work towards the future. Kevon plans on sharing this heart-warming incident when he is older. He wants to teach his son that kindness can go a long way.
